- July 29, 2010: AAU D1 16U Nationals Update - The Houston Hoops went 2-1 in pool play with a win against Port Orange Warriors Blue (75-55), a loss to Garner Road Bulldogs West (68-71), and a win against the Ohio Shooting Stars (83-69). In the Championship Bracket, they won games against Next Level Sports - KY (69-57) and CT Elite (65-51), before losing to BABC (28-39). They moved to the 3rd round consolation bracket and defeated Team Nelson (77-56) and the Cincy Knights (58-57), and were eliminated from competition by Martin Brothers (61-71).
- July 23, 2010: AAU 16U Super Showcase - The Houston Hoops went 2-1 in pool play with loss to VA Cardinal (58-65) and wins against Team Orlando (83-63) and the Brooklyn Ballers (89-73). They advanced to the Silver Bracket and lost to the OK Spirits Elite (55-60). Nationals start up on Sunday.
- July 8, 2010: The 16U Houston Hoops took 2nd place at the H-Town Summer Slam this weeend.
- May 31, 2010: The 16U Houston Hoops took 2nd place at Nike's Bobby Hussey Memorial Day Classic in Atlanta this weekend and earned a spot in the Nike Peach Jam in July! They went 3-0 in pool play with wins over Hoop Planet (82-66), Southern Kings Red (60-56), and South Carolina Ravens (71-61), and advanced to the Championship with bracket wins over the Memphis Tigers (74-64), Birmingham Storm (71-70), and Arkansas Wings before losing to the Southern Kings Red (49-54).
- May 9, 2010: The 16U Houston Hoops had a great weekend, taking 2nd place at the Sabes Foundation Invitational in Minneapolis. They won their pool with victories over MN Magic (80-56), Kingdom Hoops Red (90-79) and Team Nebraska (75-60). They won bracket games against Howard Pulley White (72-71), Kingdom Red (again), St. Louis Eagles (72-71) to advance to the championship game against the host team - Howard Pulley Blue - where they lost a hard fought battle in double overtime (73-78). - May 3, 2010: The 16U Houston Hoops won the 17U division of the Katy Hoopstars “Hooping for the Hungry” on Sunday May 2, 2010. On the road to the championship the Hoops 16U defeated: Katy Hoopstars (pool play), SWAG Elite (pool play), Houston Outlaws (1st round Bracket play), Houston Hurricanes (Qtr Finals), Texas Cagers (Semi- Finals), SWAG Elite (championship game). (See photo below). The team will be traveling to Minneapolis, Minnesota this weekend to participate in the Sabes Foundation Invitational.
- April 4, 2010: The Houston Hoops won the AAU Super Regionals in Baton Rouge this weekend. They took first place in their pool with wins over the Louisiana Ballers (67-36) and Fleur de Lis (57-49). In bracket play, they defeated the Delta Titans (77-44), the Louisiana Bayou Flames (66-54), and the New Orleans Elite (58-52) to win the title and qualify for the AAU Nationals in Orlando in July.
- March 28, 2010: The Houston Hoops took 1st place at the Off Da Hook Tournament this weekend, going 3-0 in pool play (with wins against Texas All Stars, H-Town Takers White, Texas Cagers), and winning bracket games against Coast 2 Coast 1, Port Arthur Spurs, and Texas Airmen.
- March 21, 2010: Houston Hoops won their first game at the Ice Breaker last night against the Gym Warriors.They have two more games today - 11:30am & 3:00 pm.
- July 25, 2009: The Houston Hoops won 2nd bracket game in Las Vegas 57-47 vs Southern Kings, but lost next bracket game to Team Philly (58-51).
- July 24, 2009: The Houston Hoops won their pool at the adidas Super 64 in Las Vegas, with wins against the Cimarron Spartans, Colorado Select, and Las Vegas Dog Catchers. Also won first game in bracket today v. Valley Stars Pump N Run.
- May 18, 2009: The Houston Hoops won the 16U division of the Summer Prep Showcase tournament this weekend.
- April 5, 2009: The Houston Hoops took first place in the 16U division of the Off Da Hook Tournament this weekend.
- March 30, 2009: The Houston Hoops won the NLB/ARC Ultimate Nationals in Frisco, Texas this weekend!
- March 23, 2009: The Houston Hoops competed in the RCS Sports Spring Icebreaker last weekend and won all of their games, defeating the Katy HoopStars, SWAG Elite, PA Suns and Suns Elite 2012 teams!
